Billy Arndt LMFT LDAC

Billy is deeply committed to inspiring personal growth and guiding individuals on a journey of self-reflection and healing. By fostering a person-centered, non-judgmental approach, he creates a supportive atmosphere where clients feel safe to explore their emotions, values, and goals. Billy believes that true transformation begins with understanding and accepting one’s inner experiences, and he is dedicated to helping clients cultivate this awareness. His approach integrates various evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR, to address each client’s unique needs.

One of Billy’s strengths lies in effectively teaching and training the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a therapeutic approach that encourages individuals to embrace their thoughts and feelings rather than fight or avoid them. He helps clients connect with their core values, empowering them to make meaningful changes in their lives. Through his teaching, clients learn how to develop psychological flexibility, enabling them to respond to life’s challenges with resilience and clarity. Billy is passionate about not only guiding clients through this process but also training other professionals in the application of ACT, equipping them with the skills to inspire growth and transformation in their own clients.
